Fall has finally arrived in Houston and it’s that time of year when we crave heartier dishes that warm the soul.

There couldn’t be a better time to experience ROMA’s classic Osso Buco, a traditional dish served in the northern Italian region of Lombardy: Veal shanks slowly braised in wine and stock and served with a side of polenta, the perfect accompaniment for a glass of red wine on a cool fall evening.

Please note that we will continue to host FREE WINE TASTINGS every Tuesday evening at ROMA (please text owner Shanon on his cell. at 713-459-4911 to reserve your spot).

Throughout the fall we will also be featuring HALF-PRICED BOTTLES OF WINE Mondays and Tuesday evenings.

And the next event in our regional Italian cuisine is scheduled for Wednesday, October 23. This dinner’s theme is the Wines and Classic Foods of Sardinia. It will include the island’s famous savory flatbread: Pane Carasau.

Stay tuned: We’ll be posting the menu soon!

Please call (713) 664-7581 to reserve.
