Chef Angelo can make you an antipasti misti by request: Hand-sliced prosciutto (sliced with our Berkel slicer), Roman-style artichoke, mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano chunks, mozzarella in carrozza (Roman grilled cheese), and a supplì (Roman-style rice ball, breaded and fried).
