ROMA will be open on New Year’s Eve, serving our dinner menu and the following specials: Lentil Soup, Homemade Cotechino, and Steamed Lobster Catalana.
They are the “black-eyed peas” of Italy: Lentils, a classic Italian New Year’s Eve dish. This year at ROMA, they will be followed by another Italian New Year’s tradition — Cotechino, a type of boiled sausage typically found in northern Italy.
Chef Angelo has prepared HOMEMADE COTECHINO this year, a treat for any season!
