We couldn’t have been more thrilled to see Houston Chronicle food editor Greg Morago’s write-up about our new chef, Sandro Scarafile.

“Scarafile will be bringing back his much-loved orecchiette pasta with broccoli raab,” writes Greg, “a dish inspired by his early childhood in Puglia and his parents’ cooking.”
