Our bi-monthly in-person wine dinner series continues on Wednesday, August 11 with “Tales from Italy,” an evening of food and wine with ROMA wine director Jeremy Parzen who returns this week from a three-week trip to Italy.
Not only was Jeremy there to teach wine and food communications for the grad program at the Slow Food University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piedmont. But he has also been visiting wineries and tasting with winemakers across northern Italy. His trip included visits at wineries in Barolo, Barbaresco, Valpolicella, Prosecco, and Franciacorta among others. We look forward to welcoming him back next week (including his free wine tasting on Tuesday evening and the virtual wine dinner on Thursday).
